This is never going to be the most exciting hotel you will stay in. But if you get the right rate (I paid around CHF100 incl breakfast), it's a good option in Martigny if you need a bed for the night (and you wouldn't want more than one night). Things have changed since 2006. A new management a new kitchen and restaurated rooms. A nice hotel. Medium class. Very friendly service. Good restaurant and also a Pizzeria. Good local wines! Old and worn out. Our "non smoking" room was a smoking room which they attempted to hide with lots of perfumed cleaners. Hint: next time, remove the ashtrays from the bathroom and bedroom.
