Cute hostel but too much noise from the bars. On Saturday chumba-chumba til 6am so sleep impossible, despite earplugs. Rooms clean, shower great but a bit hot and stuffy. Excellent location.

We really liked Hostalet - it doesn't pretend to be a full service hotel but it is an excellent hostal, although the word hostal doesn't seem fair for it either as it feels more like a boutique hotel. The rooms are very well equipped - hairdryer, wi-fi, modern bathroom fittings, shutters and double glazing on windows, good air-con, comfortable beds....

much better value than the 'old' hostals in town like cristina. for the same price you get a brand new, air-conditoned room, and your own sparkling clean bathroom, not to mention free internet. rooms are small, but the little french balconies are a nice touch. as for the noise, we didn't find it too bad as it's up a little...

The hostalet is brand new and clean, but rooms are too small indeed and there's not even space for the luggage. My experience was very good staying here in June this year. I didn't have the noise problem the previous reviewer mentioned, possibly because it was still a relatively quiet time of the summer.
