The Gran Playa is in a great location, but that's the best I can say about it. We were in the apartments across the road. The apartment had broken furniture and wiring sticking out. Having already booked this hotel before looking at the reviews I was expecting the worsed. Although the hotel is dated (looks better on photographs) the room we had was basic but clean. Food was (all inclusive) well presented but not to everybody's taste. Staff were polite and our request for clean towels and sheets was attended to within 20 minutes.... More
