the extremely friendly and helpfull staff more than made up for the bad weather - which they could do nothing about............ i would put in a word of caution the water is beyond freezing............... the water feature ensured that the water never went about 0 degrees i am sure..........

Very good facilities. Located by lake and not far from restaurants. Round the corner from supermarket, so handy for supplies. Room was excellent, modern. Flat screen tv, massive double bed and walk in shower. Extra bonus by being on top floor and having a roof terrace. Provided travel cot and high chair within minutes of arriving for our 23 month... We had some issues finding the hotel because it is on the far side of Puerto Alcudia, but we eventually found it. I would recommend making sure you bring the directions with you :).
