Hotel Oberoy has recently been refurbed and the hotel does have some nice fixtures and fittings..however some parts of the hotel suffer as a result...especially the food.
You expect at a 4 star hotel to have good food as this is a very important part of your holiday but far from it unless you like liver,snails,rabbit and other laughable food...

Just returned from a short break to this hotel and would echo the comments of the previous reviewer.
The communal areas of the hotel are lovely. There is a spacious bar area, restaurant, terrace and a large pool area with plenty of loungers. We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. Spotlessly clean.
