Really enjoyed this hotel, perfect for the best of both world as if you walk out the hotel one way you reach magaluf, however this can be completely avoided by going in to Palma Nova, which is literally 5 mins down the hill. Stayed here in may 2011 for a short stay anniversary trip. Hotel is in a great location, not too close to lively palma nova or magaluf, and still maintains a quiet family appeal. Visited this hotel may 2012!! 17 of us travelled and there was something to do for all of us .(aged 7-80) every body from reception to bar staff and the children's entertainer could not do enough for you!!! Food was excellent great selection from breakfast to snack and evening meals!! Would defiantly. Recommend to anyone!!!

Just back from a week at the torrenova , would say food was ok but never hot only warm , some meat a bit rare etc chicken and pork , evening entertainment terrible , needed to go out of hotel to be entertained . Staff nice and helpful , wouldnt stay in this hotel again .

Stayed here for just one night with family and a toddler. Had 2 rooms on the 5th floor and found it nice and quiet. Happy with the balcony area in view of having a youngster around (re safety).
