The Hotel only opened the day we arrived. The Reception staff were very busy booking in a business group and we found we had to wait a while and were actually asked to wait aside until all the group were booked in.We found this a bit annoying as we were travelling with a disabled child who needed to sit down... Close to the town and bars. Staff are not at all friendly and spoil the hotel. Food is ok but don't expect waiter service. We go here because its a group booking and we like to keep them all together. Thinks will hopefully improve now its changed its name from magalluf park

great hotel, receptionist are a bit grumpy and so is the security guard. Honestly don't know what the bad reviews are going on about?! The hotel was perfect! Rooms were a good size and comfy and had everything you needed. The pool was really good...a bit crowded but always found a bed, the pool bar staff where really friendly as well and spoke good English. So the food did get a little boring... More
