To start with Reception is manned by English speaking Spaniards. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, including cleaners, waitresses and waiters, entertainers and reception staff. Stayed here 1st till 8th June, Excellent hotel. First class food plenty of choice excellent service, pool view, rooms cleaned daily with change of bedding and towels, can be a little noisy at night but overall no complaints, would definitely recommend.

It's true you can get much cheaper deals in Magalluf but I felt this hotel was worth the extra cash. Stayed on 8th May for 4 nights with a group of middle aged guys and it suited us down to the ground.
