Lovely place. Although the 1820 house and beautiful grounds are stars in their own rights here, what makes it a home is the innkeepers: helpful, friendly, caring, and darn good cooks, too! I found this little gem through a B&B website. It was supposed to be a 1-night side trip from DC so I could visit Monticello. We stayed at the Inn for a few nights as part of a trip to Virginia and enjoyed both the beauty of the restored 1820's building and the hospitality of Jim & Janet who made us very welcome.
