I have just returned and had a sea view room on 2nd floor, rooms clean and tidy, ample space. TV, fridge, large bathroom and lots of storage. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. I stayed here from 28 April for 1 week. The room 216 was excellent. I had a free sea-view room with 32" flat screen tv + free fridge. Large room + big bathroom. All very modern and very nice. We loved the location, the staff, the food was amazing. But the room (239) was old and dirty unfortunately. We booked through booking.com. They apparently do not give their -good -sea-view rooms thru booking.com. It is best to call them directly and book if you can for a sea-view room.

First off, the food was absolutely wonderful. However, aside from the food, nothing about this hotel was a four star experience. The rooms were small, somewhat cramped feeling, and the beds could have been more comfortable. The Cala Esmeralda was always overcrowded and we found other place to enjoy the sea.

Spent a week here in September with my husband and we could not have picked a better hotel. We wanted a completely 'chill-out' holiday and this hotel plus the location was perfect.
