Returned from 10 days in club marthas on a self catering basis. Found the room and in fact everywhere to be spotlessly clean and with a maid service 3 days per week, this was a bonus. Went in may room lovely and clean only problem no kettle had to pay for one I thought it was self catering people on reception not very friendly and staff in general, the food was rubbish I have stayed in loads of 4star hotels this is the worst ever.

Rooms cleaned every 3 days, were given sheets and towels thought to do ourselves. So on the second day ants in room! We should have asked for a mop as well.
