Arrived at the hotel after 7 day island escape cruise. Had requested high/quiet room when booking. Given room 127 ground floor opposite supermarket. Glass on floor outside balcony. Have just spent 10 days in this hotel on a revisit after 5 years. Have to agree with Pauline Hurworth's summation of the food. The evening meal was disappointing as it seemed to cater for the bottom end of British taste cooked by Spaniards. Mind you the salad bar is to die for, but alas little or no Majorcan dishes.... More

After visiting this hotel for the past ten years breakfasts still first class but unfortunately the evening meals are now third class. Just hope there will be some improvement before we visit again in July.
