As we're living in Germany at the moment we booked here through a local German travel agent. Everything about the hotel was excellent and it would be unfair to complain about anything really, although UK visitors should be prepared to be surrounded by German and Dutch holidaymakers - no bad thing, thing but maybe a shock if you don't speak... More
