This small hotel has the most gorgeous view in the Douro valley. However, that is the high point. This place is perfect in every way. The views - breathtaking in every direction - are indescribable. Each room has an amazing vista - there is no bad room. The staff is delightful. The wine, fantastic. The rooms are well designed/decorated and are very clean. A very nice intimate hotel - wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.
