Nice Hampton in but all rooms don't have fridges and microwaves like most Hampton Inns. Small gym with with dumbbells and cardio machines, so it serves the purpose. Slightly worn, but clean, terrific indoor great pool area, polite, responsive, well trained staff always sounded prediposed to help. Cons: Challenging location, little if any decent food nearby, no free weights in fitness center, limited breakfast for a Hampton Inn.

Good Staff, Hotel is older but well maintained, pool and hot tub. Walking distance to several fast food restaurants and a ruby tuesday. Location is a plus if you are doing business in the Norfolk Naval Base.

After a stay from HELL at another hotel...I checked in after telling the clerk of my nightmare she matched the rate I was paying with approval from her manager of course...My room was very clean..breakfast was great every morning. I felt like they went out of there way to make my extended stay as close to home as possible.
