You are definitely paying for the view, location and outside spaces here, all of which are fantastic.
The interior, however, although spacious, has been somewhat neglected and certainly not what you would expect for the price. First of all we felt the house had not been properly cleaned. The windows in particular were very dirty. Not everything worked properly either....
