This hotel looks amazing, and the suites spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Customer service was superior and the location adjacent to the Mall and easy access to I64. I highly reccommend.

I have stayed at this motel numerous time over the past two years and the staff has always been gracious and helpful. The up-grades to the facility make it an outstanding value and a pleasure spot away from home.

Just stayed for our third visit to this hotel. The newly renovated rooms, lobby and work out room are fantastic. As always the staff treats us like family. We were able to take advantage of the Crunch Gym located next door free of charge, what a nice feature

I normally love Hampton Inns, but this location was TERRIBLE. The carpet and tile on our floor were filthy. The desk chair in the room was shredded showing the foam interior. Rooms being remodeled. Hampton Inn standard hotel. Main elevator has a little construction dirt but otherwise ok. Breakfast was usual Hampton INN fare but good. Staff Friendly and helpful, no complaints. Clean comfortable rooms and quiet. I worried a bit about the area but found it to be a nice place to stay.

I had 1 or 2 minor issues which may not even bother you. Complimentary breakfast was meatless. "Western" omelettes were nasty. Full size kitchen in suite had small size garbage can. There is a Crunch fitness located right next door to the hotel and you get a free pass! Way better than having to workout in any hotel fitness center!! Did not enjoy breakfast. I've had better ... At Hampton.

Only complaint with this hotel is the breakfast. It was basically low-grade dog food. Rooms were clean, the hotel was undergoing a renovation and had already done our room.
