If you want to be able to bike, hike, go canyoning or caving one day and lay on the beach the next this is a perfect location. Villa du Parc is in the Pyrenees but it only takes 50 min to drive down to the Mediterranean cost. If you rather stay "at home" you can also relax in the pool... More

Had the pleasure of staying with Mireike & Oliver at the wonderful Villa du Parc . Great facilities in a wonderful location. Rooms were large & the restaurant served some of the best dishes i had on my trip. Freindly service in a relaxed surrounding. The owner organised a canyonning tour & accompanied some of the guests on this outing.... More

Arrived at Prades quite late in the evening as part of our trip through the Pyrenees en route to Andorra. We hadn't made any reservation, but thought we would risk being able to find somehwere open - even though it was quite 'off season'. Prades was pretty much closed and we didn't hold out much hope of finding somewhere to... More

A very friendly and comfortable place to chill out; The owners make the place extra special with friendly advice and an excellent knowledge of the local region; The restaurant is superb, indeed the best food we hve had on our travels, it is well located on the edge of the town with superb views, A place not to miss, we... We stayed for one night on a cycling holiday. The rooms and surrounding grounds were superb and the owners were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the place to all.

We stayed here for 4 nights of a 2 week vacation - a Pyrenees region stop between Paris and Barcelona. The weather wasn't great and we thought about cancelling, but decided to give it a try for at least a night; we ended up wishing we could stay longer. The hosts are the kindest and most accommodating inn owners I've... More

I recently stayed at Villa du Parc for 7 days/nights and had a great stay in what is a lovely house and fantastic setting. The views to Canigou from the house and gardens make for a very relaxing location. The Owners Mireike and Oliver were very helpful and wonderful hosts. Their superb French, German and English make for an easy... More

This was one of the nicest B&B’s we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, well run, beautifully appointed (not kitsch) and everything functioned perfectly from the modern shower to the automatic roll down black-out shades to the heating/cooling system with the remote controls. There are different rooms in the main house and small guesthouses so we didn’t see them all.... More

We read the previous reviews for this place, but not well enough because we missed the biker's paradise bit. Turning up in a small 'average' hire car with our teenage daughter, we were mis-fits. Everything written in previous reviews is true, and my husband who was a keen biker (pre-family and family responsibilities) (many moons ago) enjoyed talking to fellow... More

Villa du Parc was one of seven places we just stayed in during a tour of S France / North Spain; it was by far the best and the best value. The garden is just gorgeous; pool, BBQs, loungers and sports gear (trampoline, table tennis, football etc) for the more active. Breakfast was awesome. Location is quiet, on the edge... More
