The location on the Calle de Calzada is very convenient to the touristy areas of Granada. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a downstairs room on the outside - unfortunately this room was very noisy from traffic and pedstrians passing by - there is only a rustic wooden door between you and the street. The upstairs room are... More

In July 2011 we stayed at several Nicaraguan hotels, including two in Granada. Casa San Martin by far had the best rooms and bathrooms. Nice beds, linens, super hot water, free wifi, and a hot breakfast all for just ~$50 a night. The hotel is also right in the middle of downtown, behind the Cathedral and beside lots of restaurants.... More

We stay in the hotel for tree days and since we entered and "sharman" show us the place we feelt like in home, the location was great 2 blocks from central park, the rooms where ok for 45 usd. The hotel has a good internet speed and the service was very good. We can trully recomend this place and we'll... More

Granada is the tourist centre of Nicaragua and for good reason. This hotel is right in the middle of the old town near the main square and restaurants, and the interior of the hotel is very much in keeping with the area. Staff are a little bit like an old great uncle - sometimes a bit grumpy, but have a... More

Sherman welcomed us warmly for our 3-nights stay at Casa San Martin last December. We had a nice room with access to the roof balcony and a view of the cathedral. There is a beautiful garden on ground floor. The hotel is a minute's walk away from the Central Park, right on the main nightlife strip of Granada. There are... More

Our stay at Hotel San Martin in Granada, Nicaragua was nothing short of exceptional. The room was spotless and including hot water, cold A/C, ceiling fan, and cable T.V. Although we didn't need it, the hotel is equipped with an electrical generator just in case the power goes out. Conveniently located on one of Granada's main streets called La Calsada... More

We'd been planning on staying somewhere cheap, but I was desperate for a hot shower, so we decided to go with Casa San Martin. The price was $45 including breakfast for a twin, but we bargained it down to $40 a night for 3 nights. I'm so glad we stayed here! The hot water was really scalding and plentiful and... More

Casa San Martin is located on one of the most enjoyable streets in Granada. It is also one short block from the main square. The hotel's courtyard is beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also very convenient that Eco-Trips tour company is located in the lobby. (Their services are also terrific.) The rooms are... More

A beautiful colonial home made into a hotel. Friendly and hepful staff that were a joy to see each day. The location could not be any better! Walk out of the front door and there are bars and restaurants with outdoor seating at your feet. A great value...clean, friendly, beautiful, and air conditioned!
