Very cozy, clean, small hotel with a lush open courtyard and terrific location. Best asset is the staff--friendly proprietors and a delightful crew. Felt right at home. Some noise at night from the surrounding neighborhood (hey, it's Nicaragua) but the provided white noise-maker helped immensely. Good breakfasts and a huge shower.
