The facilities and decor are in desperate need of improvement. Poorly lit halls and rooms, the furniture and toilet/bathroom fixtures are old and must be updated ASAP! I have visited this hotel many times whenever I visit family and friends in Zamboanga City. I must say this hotel aged well over time. Its age has added a quaint character reminiscent of Zamboanga's glory days.
