All aspects of the resort were very good with one exception. At check-in we were offered two free Activity cards ($198 value) if we heard a two hour presentation. We agreed - what a mistake. After two hours we were stuck in the sales guys car in a remote area of the resort. He said the presentation was going to... More

Bottom Line up front.....Meh. We recently stayed at Woodstone at Massanutten for a few day on a trip through Virginia and Washington DC. My in-laws booked our days at Massanutten because they have blue green points and for some reason they thought it would be a convienent central location to visit historic sites. It was not convienient. The resort is... More

Second time at this resort. All other reviews are accurate regarding variety of activities. Golf is a great deal with the $100 Activity Card. Our 1-bedroom unit (w/ full kitchen) was very spacious and comfortable for 2-4 people, but the 1-bedroom unit (with partial kitchen) was too small for a family of 4. Even for 2 people, I would recommend... More

We're here right now. We like the condo. as it's very clean and very comfortable. We have a beautiful view of the mountains. So, why the three star rating? Just too much noise from the people above! Someone is always jumping around and banging hard on the ceiling. Last night, we heard drilling, as if the person were using some... More

We went to visit due to a timeshare offer. The timeshares are quite nice but a bit to pricey for us. They put us up in what was called Hotel # 4. They are really a no frill room with a mini fridge and no microwave. The walls and ceiling are thin as we could hear the people moving about... More

Our family absolutely LOVED this resort. It had a beautiful view of the golf course right in our back yard, a wonderful balcony, and we had a full two units top and bottom so while the kids enjoyed the top half and had a suite and a jacuzzi pool all to themselves we had one to ourselves. The kids loved... More

We used exchange points from our time share to get a room here. They had offered a very good deal on the exchange at the particular time we booked and we decided to take advantage of that. We were very happy with our choice. The location is very nice if you want to be out away from it all. There... More

The building on this mountain continues. There is housing available for almost anyone. We stay in a timeshare unit (the oldest on the mountain, Mountainside Villas) and it is very comfortable. The furniture is updated as needed. It is right on the golf course. Lots of deer (unfortunately they are so used to humans that they will beg). There is... More

We have owned a time share for over twenty five years, and last visited the Massanutten area over 10 years ago. I was excited to visit again, and Woodstone Meadows was supposed to be the nicest of all the RCI units. Sadly disappointed !!! The layout of the unit was very strange. The bathroom was way oversized with a Jacuzzi... More
