“Not what I expect from a Hampton!!”

“Lynchburg April 2013”

The hotel room was clean and quiet. Its centrally located. It allows pets with a fee. The bed was only so-so. It was a bit pricey. Check-in and check-out were extremely efficient. The hotel had great water pressure and hot water supply.

“GOOD VISIT”

Have been in the area before this was the first time staying at this location. Would stay here again. Rooms were clean and beds were nice. Breakfast was satisfactory this particular weekend there were many groups staying so availability of items were limited came in right as a group was finishing up. All and All good stay.

“Great Service-Not so good decor or internet”

The Front Desk staff is outstanding, and the lobby looked great. But when you enter the room you realize the upgrade stopped there. The bed was very uncomfortable and the internet was sporadic. There are better options for a lower price in Lynchburg.

“Older Facility”

Rudest staff I have ever experienced at a Hilton branded hotel. When we reported a problem we were told that it was an older hotel and they were sorry. “Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable”

“Try another hotel”

The hotel staff was helpful and professional but our room and bed linens were dirty, and there was no hotel staff available to change the sheets. We were offered a new set of sheets that we changed ourselves.
