Housekeeping is not good here. I'm an airline crewmember and was scheduled to leave at 1PM. Most hotels already know this, and know your a late arrival so they do not bother you all morning. “Basic Older Holiday Inn”

This hotel is located in downtown historic Lynchburg. Rooms are fine but nothing special. Great shower. Free breakfast if you are a priority member. They advertise shuttle to Amtrak but both morning trains leave prior to shuttle driver coming on so you have to pay a cab $8
