“Awful customer service”

Problems with a credit card charge and could NOT get in touch with the manager. Also the man answering the front desk phone had a horrible attitude and was quite rude. Really unbelievable in this day and age.

This is by far my favorite Harrisonburg hotel. Not only because of the helpful staff, but the room also features a decent kitchen and plenty of room to move around. “Xmas vacation”

Welcoming staff. Rooms and bathroom clean. Facility is well maintained. Pool and hot tub were squared away. Staff was readily available to answer questions. Located right off interstate 81. Has a small selection of food items and personal needs items available for purchase. The workout center has a couple of treadmills, ellipticals, bike and weights. Will stay here again.
