I stayed at A Place by the Parkway with some fellow students while doing a project in the town of Galax. Though the cabin is probably better suited to couples or young families, there is a sleeper sofa and room for an air mattress, so it was very economical for us to split the room rate three ways. Such a nice, clean place. We got here after a long drive and it was so relaxing. We knew to bring some food with us, so we cooked inside and ate on the deck looking at the mountains.
