We came up the weekend before our wedding to enjoy some quiet time and find wines and cheeses to bring home to family. The inn is very nice and well kept. The decor is interesting but fits the keepers personalities well. A bar in the inn was great also since the area is a little remote. The room had a... More

Our scout boosters club has come back to this inn run by Jozek, Wanda and Andrzej in the fall for the seventh year in a row! What a friendly place. We brought a couple of accordions, sat by the fire sang songs, danced and made merry. Food was great. Tripe soup (flaczki) were out of this world. This year Joe... More

Just back from a relaxing weekend with friends where we stayed with inn Keepers Wanda and Joe, and their son Andrew. The Inn was like a trip back into the 80's with the mix matched decor and bedroom linens. From the Big camel Joe in the living room to the snow ski and pole chandelier . But that was just... More

My husband and I just stayed at the Matterhorn Inn this past weekend. We wanted a 'quick getaway' from the city to some place that wasn't sweltering and would let us bring our dog. When we arrived, our dog was greeted by Tuckerman and we felt right at home. I am sure this place rocks in the ski season (just... More

I didn't actually stay at this Inn, however, the service was awesome. Friends and I were up in Vermont for the weekend, and wanted a Pig Roast for 18 people. We called Joe and he was extremely friendly and more than happy to cook such a roast with very short notice. He prepared the pig, chicken, pasta salad, soup, salad,... More

The Matterhorn Inn was a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. My best experience by far is the food. The food is fantastic, homemade, just mind blowing. If you are looking for a wonderful homey feeling and a place full of good service and people, then this is the... More

We went to the Inn for a two night stay for Tough Mudder at Mount Snow. The Polish couple who own the inn really went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The food at the Chopin Restaurant was OUTSTANDING! I cannot emphasize this enough. When you are so full that you think you cannot fit... More

Adorable little Inn. Staff was super friendly, and went out of the way to accomodate our group. THey even got up early and drove to the mountain to pick up rental vouchers when we came up short (fault of tour group, not the hotel). Charming little bar and fireplace area, and hot tub. Rooms are small and basic, but we... More

This place is warm, cozy, welcoming - and also unpretentious. If you're looking for bells and whistles stay somewhere else. The Mt Snow area abounds with inns, many of which are run-down, grimy and overpriced. This place is lovingly run and cared for by a family of Polish Americans who out of their way to make the guests happy. We... More
