I swapped our time share so my husband and I could stay here for the week. We stayed in a two bedroom condo in the Falcon section which is high up on the mountain. The views from all our windows were beautiful. Our unit had everything we needed for the week and it was neat and clean. It was off... More

The hotel is great. I came with my husband, my three children, my mother in law and some other relatives for the spring break vacation. We all really loved it! Everything was very comfortable, clean, as well as kid-friendly. A good way to feel some peace and forget about the daily routine stress. Whoever likes to be in contact with... More

I wish I could say that staying here is an enjoyable experience, but it is usually not. My family owns a timeshare here, and we have been going there since the '80s, which was its heyday. It has fallen short on cleanliness, customer service, and general goodwill since then. It used to be when we checked in to our unit,... More

This is a great place for the whole family. Our family stayed in a 3 bedroom unit with all the amenites of home. It was very spacious, clean and well equiped. we arrirved the day after skiing season was over but their were many things to do. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the game zone. My wife cooked... Overall the stay was very enjoyable. It was my first time staying at Smuggler's Notch Resort. Unfortunately our stay landed on the week that skiing was closed, but we ended up venturing to other mountains that were open. The rooms itself were very cozy and had everything needed for a week's stay. The staff was extremely helpful and checked in... More

My wife and I just spent Easter weekend at Smugg's. Because they have shut down their ski operations for the year due to lack of snow, the resort was very quiet. Probably not more than 2% full. The staff were relaxed, the pace was slow, and the whole place seemed very layed back and unwinding from the season. Our unit... More

Booked the place in January and advertised that winter activities such as skiing would be available through April 15. Well the week before our vacation (first week in April) we rec'd notice that due to the March temperatures and weather the skiing and winter activities were shut down for the season. I was not too concerned because we weren't planning... More

We’ve been coming to Smuggs since we became Club owners (timeshare) 12 years ago, and as always we had a good week. Our unit, a 1-bedroom in Sycamores, is cozy and comfortable and the Jacuzzi tub is great after a day of skiing. Technically, it’s a ski in-ski out unit but we find it much faster to drive up to... Smuggs was my first multi-day snowboarding trip so I have nothing to compare it to. I give it 4 stars because it's the best snowboard trip I've done (only having snowboarded in Ontario) but it's no Rocky Mountain. I went with a larger organized group so got a good deal for 3-day lift ticket and 2-night accommodation. This was my... More

This place caters to families! Ski school and afternoon activities are offered everyday so the adults can have their own fun. My daughter was skiing by the end of her first day of lessons and was on the mountain and riding the lift with her Dad by the third day. The condo kitchens are well equipped, just bring your own...
