Management and employees are rude, go around sneaking, don't clean, don't honor website prices military or aaa discounts, have a contract to sign after cc payment is processed that I have no cleaning service dishes microwave or fridge breakfast or company.

The only handicap room here was hardly so...There was a four-inch lip under the door to the room, only one bar near the toilet, and a tub instead of a role-in shower. The room was sizable and the staff was nice, but this hotel is not reccomended for those with handicap needs.

Just passing thru Burlington, booked late on the internet. Nice desk staff, good bed well airconditioned. Surprisingly good value for the money. Yes everything was tired, worn, etc, but hey, it's an econo lodge!
