“Cozy and a great location”

Reasonable rate, especially for a holiday weekend. Friendly innkeepers. Cute, although lackluster "downtown" area right outside the door. Great launching pad for trips to Manchester and the surrounding area. No need to pay excessively high prices at fancier locations. Room was a good size, simple but comfortable. Would return.

The Dovetail Inn provides a great location for exploring a very picturesque area of Vermont, loaded with quaint villages, natural beauty, beautiful streams, great swimming holes, fine dining and most of all - relaxation when you want it. We stayed a night in Dorset at the Dovetail Inn. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, had a flat screen TV that we did not turn on and free wi fi. Although we had to cancel our two reservawtions because of medical reasons there was no hesitation in returning our deposit. While making our reservation Jean gave us many tips about what to do in the area. Both she and Jim have a great sense of humor. We look forward to staying with them in the future.
