This hotel appears to be slightly older, but it has retained its elegance and ambiance. The service was not up to my expectations and overall it seemed greatly understaffed. However, the staff, when available, made very effort to go the extra mile. Certainly a nice touch. If ever in Burlington, I would stay again.
