On our way back from Brice NP we stayed there. Room are clean, bathroom are more then clean. Nice little general store up the street. Wifi worked great. 24h laundry. There some nice littles lounging areas in the buildings. There not a lot to do in Tropic but it close of Brice NP, so it worth to consider it.

very friendly staff, delicious food, nice room. Def. a great place to stay. We'll watch out for Americas Best Value Inn & Suites on our further journey.

Facilities are so limited in this area that service does not need to be a consideration. The hotel room was not adequately cleaned and the area surrounding the hotel looked like a junk yard.
