My boyfriend and I stayed at the cliff lodge for 3 nights. Staff was great. The hotel room was a typical lodge room. Nothing extraordinary but nothing bad. The view was excellent. This is the place to go if you want to experience intense skiing! No nightlife but we we're both exhausted after a long day on the skis. Locker... More

We stayed one night here with our 5 & 3 year olds, and toddler. The two queen beds with crib were standard size and fine, although there are available suites, etc. The heated pool was great for kids after dinner, and they have a couple of hot tubs. The daycare for the toddler is on site in the basement, and... More

This is an amazing hotel as far as skiing designation is concerned. Ski in/ski out – you get out of the building and can immediately ski down to three different lifts, servicing all levels of skiing on Snowbird. A small climb can get you to lifts servicing a whole new area of the mountain. And if that is too much... More

This is our 3rd year staying at the Cliff Lodge - every year our group gets bigger, 'coz it is such a fine experience! There is not a lot of night life - but the restaurants have drink and appetizer specials to get you out of your room. After a hard day of skiing, we'd hit one of these, and... More

If I were to judge the hotel based on amenities and decor, I'd rate it 3/5 personally. The rooms are dim and the decor a bit worn and old. However, it has amazing lodge + ski packages and because of the affordability, I rate it 4/5 overall. Pros: Hot tub: 3 pools heated till late (the latest I headed there... More

This resort is BIG! The hotel has something like 10 levels with a pool on two of them. One floor is dedicated almost totally to skiing. It has ski lockers, a ski shop, ski rentals, ski tuning, a ski shuttle to Alta... The spa is great and there are several good restaurants. The lobby areas are spacious with leather couches... More

Me and 3 friends (all 27-32) stayed Jan 6-Jan 10 and luckily we came the day before 7'' of powder! Just awesome!! The runs are well groomed and it was very snowboarder friendly. We all had a great time bombing down the mountain. I will say though, your quads and calves will get a good workout going down all those... More

We have stayed at many ski lodges around the United States and Canada and The Cliff Lodge certainly ranks among the highest for our family. Although there was relatively little snow and therefore no crowds, I still feel I can evaluate The Cliff on the basis of our extremely comfortable, ample sized room, wonderful and very friendly staff, excellent ski/in...
