We had to change our plans. I called the hotel more than 3 hours before cancellation cut off time, was given a cancellation code, and they still charged my credit card. After multiple calls were not returned by the manager I contacted corporate headquarters. Never got my money credited back to my card.

This is by far the most Disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in! While the room was dingy, dirty, and smelly there was a visitor in the middle of the night (MOUSE)!!! The breakfast had three hot choices cooked to order. There was also bread, 2 sweetened cereal choices, milk and o.j. No vegetarian options or fruit available. The restaurant is Mexican and was o.k. not great.
