Excellent service. Rooms were beautiful and felt like you were coming home at the end of the day. ALL of the staff could not have been more helpful. We had a teachers' conference here for one week and were so impressed with the great service we received. We received a great rate and the majority of our rooms were above... More

Stayed at the Chateaux for a May (mud season) conference this year. They had nice facilities, although the rooms are very different. My room was nice, not a fantastic view and pretty small. Other attendees had very large rooms with great views, etc. The amenities were what I needed, but nothing fancy. I would have liked more drinking water available.... More

My company just held a conference there and everything was topnotch. The sales manager, Terri, was awesome. Nancy, Mary and Cindy were equally amazing. We had a great time and everyone loved the rooms. The food was wonderful and we couldn't have had a better conference because of the staff and the hotel. The location was incredible even though it... We had a great time with a great rate. We stayed at the end of April so the ski resorts were closed so we got a great price. It was very quiet with an excellent view. The staff was incredibly personable and helpful for all of our needs. The rooms were great and very nice. They have enough in there... More

This is a fabulous hotel with an amazing staff! The surroundings are incredible every time of the year. It is nice to be in the wilderness and not be camping! You must also try the brunch at Stein Erickson next door while you are here!

I was traveling to Park City for one night and one day to look for property. This Hotel was noted as 5 star and highly reviewed. However, I was here in mid April during "shoulder season". It was a GHOST TOWN. No valet, no bell hop, restaurant was closed, bar was closed, EVERY SINGLE amenity was closed. One person working... More

We stayed during the first week in April. I would have given a 5 star rating if it had not been for a few minor issues. I reserve 5 stars for perfection. First the positives: It is rare that I will describe my first impression of a hotel room as clean but the room felt so clean that I did... More

We stayed at the Chateaux the first week in March and loved it! We stayed with our 3 teenage kids and it couldnt have been better. We loved staying right across the street from Silver Lake and the room was excellent. We had 3 separate rooms and everyone was so comfortable. The staff was great at helping with suggestions, especially... More

We loved this place! I booked it as a surprise for my husband's birthday so we could be super close for Deer Valley skiing. As it was I ended up being unable to ski due to pregnancy and having such a lovely hotel to stay in was really a bonus. What we loved: 1: The room itself - it was... More

We loved the mid-mountain tranquil location at Deer Valley, conveniently removed from the center of Park City. Do not pick this location if you want to be in the middle of things, though. It is ski-in/out for Deer Valley, where snowboards are not allowed. The feel of the hotel and the staff were great. A minus was the very limited... More
