We stayed at the Fairfield Inn using rewards points, so maybe the family and I didn’t get the best room; however, it was clean and comfortable. We stayed in rooms 103 and 105 which connected to each other which is what we wanted; however, these rooms were too close to the pool which gave the rooms a chlorine scent. The... More

Room 215 was big, king mattress, sofa, desk, refrigerator, microwave, flat tv, breakfast table, two chairs, worn old carpet, sinks n shower belong in motel 6 or super 8. I was shocked this was a fairfield inn, it reminded me of the run down places in key west florida...except this is salt lake city. There was the nice indoor pool... More

Stayed at the Fairfield on the first leg of our trip to St. George and found it perfect for us. We were treated well at the front desk, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We opted not to eat at the complimentary breakfast only by choice not because the food looked bad. The ease of... More

If you travel you know that customer service can make or break about anything. This is where the Fairfield shines. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We were in town visiting some of the grandkids and asked about another room just for the day. Miss Sandy hooked us up with a room and for a great rate. It was... More

Had the opportunity to spend one night here on our way home, and it lived up to the usual Marriott standards. Everything was fine....great location near the interstate, great breakfast in the morning, close to plenty of restaurants and fast food places. All in all, it was a good experience. Only one thing to suggest for improvement. This hotel is... More

The location is good as it has easy freeway access and close to several restaurants. However, we were put in a room that directly faced the interstate so was pretty noisy. Could buy discounted Lagoon tickets so that was a plus. The continental breakfast was seriously lacking. Breakfast was supposed to go to 10:00 a.m and we arrived at approx... More

We got to the hotel and had to wait for one person to check in 6 guests before us. Once we got checked into the room, we found out that we had no toilet paper. The mattress in our room was great and you will get a good night sleep. The first morning we got up and went to a... More

My wife and I recently traveled to Salt Lake City to attend the U2 concert at University of Utah. Although we wanted to stay closer to downtown Salt Lake, most of the hotels in the area were already booked due to the concert. Being faithful Marriott customers, wanted to stay at a hotel in the Marriott chain. So we decided... More

I like this hotel and often stay with this chain when on business. They were off their pace this trip and my room was not available till after 4pm. Breakfast is nice, but my room was overlooking the freeway and was noisy at times. Staff was excellent and room was clean and comfortable.
