Older hotel. Bed comfortable. Ants in bathroom. Staff friendly. Breakfast not good.

I stayed here during a trip in the Lake Powell area. The room was comfortable and there was a pool which was very very nice. I spent quite a bit of time out there! The parking situation was a bit crowded and they were undergoing construction during my stay. This work would add an elevator, I heard they were going... More

My wife and I enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Red Hills Best Western. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The property was average. The continental breakfast was lacking. For breakfast we were told that Houston's in Kanab was the place to go.

Happened that we stayed two nights in this place, even we checked out after our first night. First was discourage by outside look and remodeling, but... Room were great- very spacious, a lot of upgrades, comfy beds. And breakfast was absolutely amazing with varieties from cereal, and protein ( for hikers so important!) to pancakes ;-). It was so unbelievable... More

Our room was a nice size. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Excellent choices for breakfast! Nice little town to walk around in.

Our room was big but the beds were really hard. They are adding an evelator and there is lots of construction. The advsertised pool is not open. The breakfast was pretty good with biskets and gravey, eggs, cereal, ect. The night desk lady was so incredably rude to me I almost left right away without a refund. Next time I... More

I pricelined this hotel and got a great rate. The rooms were clean, but very dated. It was like visiting grandparents. The breakfast was average, there are 3 waffle makers so no need to wait for others. I avoided the eggs and sausage, they looked fake. We just stayed overnight as we were passing through on a road trip, but... More

Stayed at this hotel as part of road trip in NV and AZ in Oct 2011. I was in town on a busy Sunday evening, but there were vancancies here. Very close to Zion Canyon NP. Wecolming check-in. I had a large room, which was clean. Good range of TV channels. However a loud A/C. Room has a balcony (overlooking... More

Our family stopped in Kanab at the Best Western Red Hills on our way from Salt Lake to Phoenix. The hotel's atmosphere was perfect for the small western city. In walking distance to two great steak houses and fast food. We were very happy with our rooms and enjoyed a great free breakfast buffet in the morning.

Luckily I got this room for half price off season. The single king, second floor featured a dirty pillow case, no microwave, obvious wear and tear but a balcony, basic cable and a closed spa and pool. The bed was saggy and soft- leaving me sore and poorly rested.
