Red Mountain Resort is a great place located about 10 minutes from St. George. The resort has a friendly staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable and they even have rooms if you decide to bring your dog. They offer a lot of activities, some are offered directly by the hotel itself and others by third party groups. The best... More

Just spent Mother's Day weekend at Red Mt with my two daughters and my sis. Was my 8th stay - and the best! Superb hiking, fantastic views on a lovely 2 hour horseback ride, pool time, massages, facials, reiki, "the ritual of the canyon" - couldn't be beat. The food was as usual terrific but some of the chocolate desserts... More

Now that I have been to both, I certainly have a preference for my own likes but each has it's advantages. Views- Red mt wins hands down. Still, if you are spending your time at indoor activities and your room then the view may not be so important to you. Red mountain is aptly named because it is among the... More

Dear Travel4Joy, Thank you so much for writing your Trip Advisor Review. I am glad to read that you have experienced a number of Southern Utah's destination spas and resorts, and indeed each has its own personality. I hope you'll visit Red Mountain again. More

Just returned from four glorious days at the Red Mountain Retreat. Shared a deluxe room with a friend - and each of us enjoyed our own spa/fitness vacation on our own terms. Three meals a day -- chock full of healthy choices -- removes decision making from dining, while a plethora of wonderful options to choose from makes each day... More

It was also my 50th birthday and I choose, after much research, Red Mountain Resort to start this year on a healthy foot. We were not disappointed. We had a beautiful 1100 sq. ft. villa that was very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. We started each morning with a very healthy breakfast followed by amazing hikes, back... More

Recently spent two nights at the Red Mountain Resort in Utah celebrating my 50th birthday along with 14 other women who were also turning 50 this year. We should never have stayed at Red Mountain because we were there to visit, laugh, drink wine and commune with each other. The Red Mountain Resort is a rustic spa retreat, first and... More

This was my second trip to this resort. I was there with my sister, daughter, and neice. Loved the hiking, and classes. The food is very good. Great variety, attentive service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All the desert flowers were in bloom and were beautiful, as were the grounds of the resort. I would love to go back,... More

So many things made this the perfect place to get away, relax, and do some fun activities. The people were fantastic- all friendly and knowledgeable while also being quite professional. The activities they offer let you be as active as you want to be at whatever your skill level is (the daily hikes come in 3 levels). As a solo... More

This was my first visit to Red Mountain Resort, and I was a solo traveler. I used the all inclusive rate so that I would access to all activities and food. Hiking in the snow canyon state park only a block away, sunrise and sunset over the red red red cliffs offset by black lava, the staff sincerely want to please you, by giving suggestions, leaving you alone, taking you to do things you thought you could not. We had a great couples massage, learned to mountain bike, scrambled up and... More
