Stopped there for a one night stay, and it was clean, updated and nicely decorated. Beds were great with premium bedding and hotel was friendly and quiet at night. We were on the first floor and had a fake fireplace in the room for atmosphere, tv in armoire and desk. Room was large with big beds and plenty of floor... More

Although I had a really great time, the experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth because of all the hidden costs. My spouse and I went with the intention of sharing a snowmobile. However what they didn't tell me until I was there was that not only did I have to go with the more expensive snowmobile... More

Our ski instructor recommended this place to us. A shuttle picked us up from our place and drove us back. Did the 4 hour option which for two is close to $600 (with lunch). Pretty expensive, but the trail is really nice, there are places to go off the track for more experienced drivers. Views are breathtaking at the top... More

My annual ski trip to Park City in January had an unexpected surprise at Daniels Summit Snowmobile Trails. I'm a regular sledder in Minnesota.... mainly on trails and lakes and decided on a whim to check out options to sled in the Park City area and take a day off from the ski slopes. BEST decision I made was taking... More

A friend and myself had rented snowmobiles from a different company and were riding in the area. We had thought we would stop at Daniels Summit for lunch. We stopped a little earlier in the day for a restroom break. I saw on the restroom door that it was for customers only. So I made sure to buy some snacks.... More

My two sons (19.5 and 14) and I came up for an afternoon of snowmobiling. We hand no previous experience. The rental process was easy, quick and informative. We took one single and one double, as the age limit for driving on your own is 16. The lodge has a large parcel of land that is private and you can... More

We expected a nice hotel for the price and we were disappointed. The outside was a nice lodge as you would expect from the rustic location. The upgraded room was furnished in a rustic decor which was quaint and nice. The electric fireplace was nice but not really authentic and the room was very small for a $100+ room. The... More

I'm so torn how to review Daniels Summit Lodge. The lodge was beautiful, the common area was grand, everything was very nice, until we experienced the room. We paid for an upgraded room, which gave us a king sized bed and a view to the forest in the back (which was better than facing the highway in the front) with... More

The room was very nice. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. We got a king room with a jetted tub. The room was well furnished and had a gas fireplace. The patio had rocking chairs and faced the mountains and forest. It was a very nice and quiet weekend get away

Daniels Summit Lodge is about 30 minutes outside of Heber, Utah on Highway 40. It's sits alongside the highway, pretty much by itself, nestled into the mountains around it. In addition to the Lodge, there's a restaurant and a small store, but we ever used either one. Our room has a great king-sized bed and a small deck that provided... More
