Staff was great, beds were comfortable, it was quiet, food was great, excellent fitness center, although some of the treadmills didn't work, large counterop in the bathroom, everything was very clean. INternet was easy to access.

The staff and accomodations are top notch. You will not find a better hotel at any price in the Waco area. From the customer service when you arrive to the cleanliness and courtesy during the stay to the morning breakfast, I have nothing bad to say about this place.

I stayed here for two nights recently on business. It was a nice hotel with good amenities, but the treadmills in the gym were not working and the hotel was very warm due to some extreme warm weather. Good location for my needs, close to the hwy and downtown.

This place is very nice. Highly recommend:) We broght in family that weren't staying there and they let us use the breakfast area for a picnic. Front desk very knowledgeable in area activities. I would stay there again.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, We stayed for one night to visit the local college. It was a shame that there was a lot of teenagers on a school trip and it was extremely noisy. The hotel allowed them to run the halls and scream well after 11:00 pm.
