This is a very good hotel to stay at, sweetwater doesn't have much to do but you can sure feel at home at the holiday inn. Very friendly staff love the rooms with the flat screen and big comfy bed. The rooms where very clean and roomy. The staff was extremely friendly and funny. Breakfast is free and enough to get you filled till noon. Internet was fast. Downloaded 600mb while being there in a short time!

Upon checking in, I was told they did not have my reserved room and they were out of rooms. I showed them the confirmation # but they still could not retrieve it. Our room was clean, but showing signs of wear. We did not have a desk chair with wheels, but rather a worn arm chair. There were scratches on the wood furniture. The easy chair had been used so much that the fabric was oily. However, the TV was quite large and there were many HD channels. We probably will not... More

Staff was very helpful but hotel is beginning to need repair. leaky faucet in shower and was concerned that shower curtain would fall. Hair dryer didn't work and staff had to replace it.. Staff was very helpfull in resolving issue but appears it's time to get things up dated.

The cleanliness and maintenance is less than you would expect at this chain. The bathroom floor grout is stained and looks dirty. The wall next to bathtub was in need of repair and the tub wall soap dish was stained and had soap scum. Oil workers staying here were up at 5am talking loudly in the halls and slamming doors.

Stayed on 2 different occasions and twice room not cleaned... Even after bringing to there attention. will reconsider staying here. I believe the maids have gone on strike so bring your cleaning supplies because they will not be hiring any.
