Shared condo 1202 with my sister and brother-in-law. Great time and very nice 2bedroom/2bath unit. Great views of beach and gulf. Lot of amenities at complex. Will consider going back here next year. We enjoyed being on the beach and just relaxing in the spa.

Stay is in off-season(Jan/Feb).Cons: lack of covered parking, non enforcement of rules- i.e. parking & pools, poor wi fi-- i.e. downtime, numerous disconnects, elevator breakdowns, excercise room under lock-must get key from desk & return key when done, building is showing age, unfriendly owners( a few will speak to renters), condo needs updating.....Pro's: Beach... I would reccomand Suntide lll to all my friends. Just a short walk to the beach. Every room faces the ocean, great view any time of the day. Spa and whirl pool available also work out area. Tennis courts and ballyball available. Inside heated pool, great!
