Although we were visiting off season everyone was helpful and nice. Pool was nice because there is a heated and a non-heated pool. Words of advice: Even though you are in Texas, Southern Hospitably is not everywhere. Poor Customer Service! I have a horror story that I don’t even want to relive. We love to stay at this resort. The staff is welcoming and extremely accommodating. Management is quick to help if needed and you may never leave the grounds. Awesome restraunt, bar and pool (with pool bar) that is great for adults and children. The beach is a step away and the view is spectacular! A+++++.

The staff was friendly and helpful throuought my stay, especially the restaurant manager. The food was superb and reasonably priced. The live entertainment was outstanding. Met many wonderful people here. A magical place.
