“Expect little and receive it in abundance”

One shouldn't expect much for $45, but still the American Motor Inn fell short of expectations. The front office reeked of stale curry, a spice that I normally like quite a bit. A surly woman greeted me and assured me that the room was non-smoking. When she was unable to run my credit credit, a more pleasant man replaced her.... More
