everyone should stay a few days at the best hotel in San Marcos, TX, the hotel staff and the conference staff are great and the area and free bus to shopping was wonderful. When you are coming to the San Marcos - Austin - San Antonio you will need to check out this great place to sat.

The hotel is a bit pricey for what it is. however, it is conveniently located right off of I-35 - close to outlet malls and not too far from TSU campus. Staff was friendly, rooms were standard Embassy Suites and property was nice.

The hotel is decent. Full Breakfast and dinning was great, but the bed and bath could use some updating. The tub was old and worn looking and our bed was lumpy. Nice staff willing to please the guests. The biggest issue is the cleanliness of this property. Dust bunnies, cobwebs cover the guest rooms and sweeping or mopping under the bathroom sink just does not happen. Very nice hotel w/excellent staff. I especially enjoyed the daily hotel managers party w/complimentary drinks and snacks. They also have a shuttle service that will take you and pick you up within a mile of the hotel. Would stay again- highly recommend.
