I checked in to find the staff very rude and then found the following things wrong in the room
1) Room was supposed to be non-smoking and smelled like smoke and filthy all at the same time.

I have generally felt that I have received good value at Super 8 Hotels. However, this one was an exception. The clerk at check-in was rude and incompetent. We had 3 rooms with 2 queen beds rented through our company. Rooms were nice and clean. The place looked as if it is newly remodeled as everything looked new in the room and in the office. Would luv to stay at this place again.
