Decent, quiet place to stay at a very good rate. I would stay here again. Minor nits: - The controls were starting to come apart in the shower. - Room had a mildew odor.

Nice staff, nice location, nice breakfast - all around nice place! Great location near Dallas Airport. Pool outside but didn't use. Business cneter with working computer and printer. Newspaper in lobby.
Staying here for an extended stay for business. I haven't had much reason to interact with the staff, but all my dealings thus far (had some difficulty opening my safe, for example) have been positive with quick resolution. staff helped with directions to places, suggestions, etc. my room is clean, quiet. the location is great, with several restaurants (i'd rec...

We initially stayed 3 nights and then added 1 night. It is easily accessible to the Baylor Heart Hospital, which is what we needed. But it also right off major roadways, so we were able to get to the airport easily and going out of town was a snap. Room was quiet, clean, and well kept.
Breakfast was plentiful and...

We've stayed here many times, this is our "go-to" hotel when we visit the DFW area. It's centrally located in Plano with easy access to highways, and has lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It's very reasonably priced for the area (Plano is not cheap) and a good value for what you get: clean room, good location, friendly and helpful...

Stayed two nights and for the price thought it was a good deal; as the room was clean, the bed had a good mattress, and had a hot breakfast. That was night one. Night number two, awoke at 3 a.m. to water dripping out of the ceiling (second floor room) through the fire sprinkler opening onto the bed. At first...

Stayed 2 nights at the Comfort Inn on West Plano in Oct. 2011. The hotel is about what you'd expect for $75 a night. It's a small hotel, but it's clean. The bathrooms are small, but the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was better than I expected. There is a BBQ restaurant next door - I had a pulled pork...

It is clean, comfortable and newly remodeled. My only complaint is the room was humid at first, but after we turned the air down and not just on fan - it was fine. The hotel is nice and a good location. There is no pool and the property is not that big. For some this might matter, but the vanity...

I stayed at this Comfort Inn for three nights in the extreme heat of Dallas in July. Hotel is small but comfortable. I stayed in the King suite and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious, comfortable and clean the room was considering the star rating of the hotel. Best features were a great bathroom, fridge/microwave and couch. Location is also...

Shower was hard to turn on & would not turn off. Room was humid? (hadn't rained in weeks.) Towels were ragged, seen better rags at the car wash. Was told breakfast was served until 10AM - missed breakfast. (should have read the guest services book) Tried to get something to eat from the vending machine - package got stuck &...
