Recently stayed here on an extended business trip. I like the Hilton Garden Inn model. Microwaves and Mini-Fridges, and you still have the option of full service with a restaurant and bar. Beautiful spot, lots of food around and close to the mall. Literally on the edge of town, as two buildings away there is nothing but desert. When you have this many complaints on your staff, it's time to fix the problem. Fire ALL of them, including current managers. Then hire all new people and take time to train them efficiently. Make sure they have atleast one years experience in the hotel/motel buisness, also check back grounds thourghly before letting people with poor attitudes represent your brand.

Go to check in after 15 hours of driving and told they had overbooked and they would pay for me to stay at the Super 8 on highway 20! I had no choice since the whole town was booked.
