It's very obvious that this place is "tired"---- doors don't close properly, including the room door! Everything had fresh paint so it looked clean, but that's all. Breakfast was a joke----cold cereal served in the lobby next to the desk. I had to step over spilled milk and cereal to check out.

Being a Best Western employee I have stayed at many Best Western hotels. Yet, some look nicer then others but its the service that I say that brings them on top. We read the previous reviews, looked up the rates and were very happy with both. The property in the midst of a complete make over and is already better than most places you can stay. Staff was very courteous and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

We spent 2 nights here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The new Manager, Mayur Bhagat, was extremely gracious and showed us all around the hotel and explained the new renovations.
