I could write a multiple page essay on how horrible this B&B is! Do not waste your money here. You'd be better off sleeping in your car...seriously.
Rooms were filthy; fridge and coffee maker were filthy; TV did not work; breakfast was so terrible we skipped it; had to request towels and tissues; no soap dish in shower; grounds were not well maintained; way way overpriced based on condition and service -- other Gruene B&Bs we've stayed at are similarly priced but beautifully maintained with excellent food...

Poor communication when trying to change reservation. Took 3 days to finally reach someone after leaving countless voicemails and even an email. Room had not been vacuumed as witnessed by items found on floor such as make-up container and skoal container and candy wrappers. After checking in, I was shown 3 other rooms as I asked questions about the B...
